Girls, would you use disposable period underwear if it was priced the same as regular pads or tampons?

The idea of tampons creep me out personally. I can not use them anyway, for other reasons either. For very long I went pads-only. I completely dislike (+bad experience) the washable line of products on the other hand. Ever since I found out such disposable undies exist, I rarely use pads. It's just a pity that they're (of course) more expensive than pads, however in my opinion their pros pay of very well. I think:

• They're super comfy, does not feel like diapers. Rather looks like a cute pair of boyshors or so. Oh, and I 🖤 the black color 😂
• Feels super breathable and still protective
• I could sleep or do stuff in any position during the day 🙃
• Does not seem to show through (I'm wearing on on my cover photo and if I remember correctly, my avatar too 😂🤞

What's your opinion? Are you be brave enough to use such? Does it look weird? If so, why?

this wouldn't be my first pick for period products. But I would try this before the menstrual cup. It would have saved me from feeling awkward in my teen years when my dad showed me how to apply a pad, so I see this product as very helpful in that situation and less embarrassing since you just put them on like underwear.

You wouldn't believe how simple they are to use. I really just put one on as if it was a regular pair if undies, and dispose em at ease. 🤷‍♀️

Sure, they look like regardless underwear and it’s not like anyone would know you’re wearing them. I’ve wrecked so many pairs of underwear with my heavier flow that maybe I should consider wearing these.

I use reusable period underwear on days I have a heavy flow as a back up to my menstrual cup. But otherwise I wear my menstrual cup only. It's really handy and saves a lot of money in the long run.

I can’t say about using these, it seems like disposable panties would leak on the edge unless you have a light flow and it’s a good seal. the fabric looks thin and I don’t know if there is an elastic around the leg..

Hell nah I refuse to wear diapers even after giving birth I will only wear regular pads cuz I have too much dignity to wear diapers. (by the way these are super popular for postpartum moms)

Are they, I mean diapers are made if that plastic paper material that make that crinkle sound when you sit and it adds bulk.. period underwear I’d image is more like a shamao wipes that absorbs like 10x in its own weight.. but I don’t have a vagina with blood coming out so I’m not sure

I use reusable Period underwear. Have 3 pairs and cycle through them when I don't feel like using my cup. Much more affordable and super easy to clean.

Personal comfort and health consciousness. Natural material as a opposed to uncomfortable plastic and not to mention all the chemicals in disposable sanitary products that are linked to cervical cancer? Do you know how painful and lethal cervical cancer is?

Yet I'm just so used to them after some years.

No lol that’s really wasteful as well as wearing a diaper isn’t going to make me feel good. I use this a cup it feels much cleaner no warm blood odor 🤢 like with tampons and pads.

i have only ever worn pads so the idea of anything else makes me uncomfortable. also it seems like these would be more of a hassle to dispose than pads or tampons so i, personally, won't prefer these
