I've noticed a lot of female celebrities suddenly get a killer jawline ( which looks a little creepy too lol )... And I was thinking.. Wow, they must be on a great diet 😆... Apparently it's a procedure... It's buccal fat removal... and I can't really decide whether it makes them look better or worse... They look a little like skeletons 💀💀💀 lol

that batman girl i saw her one interview of Jimmy Fallon and she looks hot to me.
i think this is the trend because it's uncommon and western society is obsessed with thinness so this is what happen. round plump, full faces you see that everywhere but defined faces it's usually associated with thin people

i do agree that this can aged you especially if your undereye is hollow and dark so you gotta brighten that area to compensate or fillers

hollywood celebs have to be different or else how will they make money? how will they make you think that you should look up to them?

I think they look terrible. I hate sunken cheeks and am not even crazy about prominent cheek bones.
These women made themselves look like crack whores or old, emaciated hags.
Are they trying to look like men or like trannies?

Some people who have been rumoured to have had the procedure honestly probably haven't. People be comparing pictures of Miley when she was 17 to now and saying she's had it... Like she was a baby of course her face is going to thin out...

Others obviously have... Better to see photos that are only a year or few months apart though.

I think they're going for the photogenic / model look, which traditionally is about defined features and carved-out bone structure. But I totally agree. It doesn't fit a large percentage of faces, and only prematurely ages them. It makes them look worse tbh. So unless you're looking to be a model, and have it REALLY skilfully done, it's not a good idea.

Making slight under pressure in your mouth for concave middle cheeks is a trick you learn at first photo session.
I'm sure it's possible to increase this effect with surgery and I'm sure some people do, but it looks above some threshold unnatural.

Buccal fat makes you look youthful

Removing it it’s an extra way for surgeons to make money they almost recommend it to everyone they come across to their office for appointments or suggestions.. they pretend is that it will save your face when you get older so they don’t “sag” 🤦🏻‍♀️
Removing it will cause you a weak facial movement especially when you get old like who cares if it sags or not most likely it will never sag
What’s funny is that I see some women remove it and then they prefer to re add it again so it looks more plum🤦🏻‍♀️

I think only Zoe kravitz looked better after wards. It’s so sad, I think most girls look better with a bit of chubby cheeks. But really depends on how lucky you are considering many factors. Like if you have a good surgeon, if it balances the rest of your features.

Ngl I think it makes the majority of people look worse. They end up looking like clones, or it ages them tremendously. Not that older women don’t look good because they certainly do, but you don’t really want to be looking 40 when you’re 20 you know? It’s also just sad because it isn’t them. As a person with genetically chubby cheeks, i would get this procedure done to myself lol. Because no matter how much weigh i lose, my chubby cheeks won't leave at all. And once i got this procedure done, i won't be looking like these hollow cheeked ladies either

It's a trend. It will pass like any other trend. Buccal fat removal is a permanent process and you cannot re-inject fat in that area so in my opinion it's not worth doing.
