In underwear on the boat — the same as in a swimsuit?

Is there really any difference between being on a boat in a swimsuit and being in underwear like in the pictures? May we suppose that girls in swimsuits are more decent?

I think that it is more just the principle and the name that make the difference. But yeah topically bathing suits cover a lot less than typical underwear. At the same time I know a lot of girls who would never be caught dead in a revealing swimsuit and their underwear is a lot more revealing as it is not intended for public eyes. I also know girls who would be perfectly fine wearing either their bathing suits or their underwear either way because they are approximately the same coverage. My thought is that the difference should just be in the material. As swimsuits are made to dry easier.

Any of the above is fine, the t-shirt and undies tend to cover more than the bikini. I think some people just think undies should be under your clothes and can't get past they often look same.

Never understood why some women or people think underwear in public is bad, even thong style but thong bikini's or bikini's in general often cover even less.

I knew someone who would freak out if someone saw her in her underwear but she has zero problem putting a bikini bottom half the size of what her underwear covered and go out in public.

It is not always that way though for size, depends on the brand and style.

I have actually worn my bra and panties on a beach and no one knew (at least I don't think they did). Swimsuits are a lot more revealing than underwear.

All seem fine for relaxing on a boat. If a public boat, I think underwear would seem odd to people as most don’t wear it in public because it’s an undergarment

I don’t entirely understand how swimsuits are more appropriate than underwear that shows the same amount of skin. They feel more appropriate, but that may be because basically everyone is raised to think so. I’d like fully understand this.

I've known women to wear more revealing swimsuits but wouldn't be caught dead wearing their lingerie outside, unless it was a private setting. It's gotta do with situation and setting.

Only option B is obviously underwear. Unless you're planning on swimming, it doesn't matter. Other than D, the coverage is more or less the same.

Sometimes it's impossible to tell the difference. Just go to a nude or clothing-optional beach and don't worry about a swimsuit at all.
