I know my legs are thick and not long. I would like more definition in my calves. What exercises can give me that nice definition without looking too muscular. They already measure 15-1/2", so I don't want to get too much bigger. What do you recommend?
Heel drops//raises that Billlewis mentioned are good. Best part? They are easily done and don't require machines/equipment other than a step or a curb to stand on. Just walking will help, pausing every 500 feet to do some heel dips to stretch. (Indoors) a railing for stability would be a plus. If you are going to do a LOT of walking, consider knee and/or ankle stabilizers to maintain a straight gait and hip pivot.
That said, those high heels will automatically put an overload on the calves (gastrocs), so use them sparingly, and be sure they are well-fitted.
There are oodles of sources for exercises for the gastrocnemius (two-headed muscle on the back of the lower leg) and the underlying Soleus (under-rated, and plays a critical and literal supporting role). As long as there is some stretching involved too, most of them are helpful. I tend to use the Mayo Clinic info a lot.

You upper legs look heavy (I've seen another shot you took). If you did some cardio and toned up more overall, the strength of your calves would be more pronounced. You don't carry a LOT of weight in your calves as they are, so any reduction would make significant noticeable difference.
Calf raises like @Billlewis said are going to be probably the best for building, but nobody's 6 pack is visible under a gut, so it really IS a two-prong approach.

You can try standing on the edge of a step/stair tread and gently raise yourself up and down, using your muscles on the back of your shins/ankles.
I don't think you need to do anything. The are already sexy just the way they are.
Best exercise for calves is stair climbing, go up and down stairs over and over. That stretches the muscles in the calves... and also is a good aerobic exercise.
You can do these on your stairs or even on a flat surface
I would think an 15-minute walking program will tone your legs and calves, :) Best Wishes !!!
I do calf raises and also use a stair climber machine.

Start playing drums. Use double bass drums. I had girls tell me they wish they had my legs! Comes from lot of drumming sand lots of walking.
