Regardless if the majority of people could say "he/she dresses as she wishes and noone else should care who that person dress. how you dress is irrelevant".
This is what I mean. A movie star in this case a celebrity. They are public figures that even though I do agree they shoul have their private and personal livges cuase they are just like you and me, for being public figures they shoudl take care more of the clothes they wear or how they wear it and yes being decent is important, regardless of what other people think. Is the first thing that sticks to you when you first meet a person. Like when you go to a job interview if you are not wearing decent you alraedy are making a bad impression and won't be taken seriously, so yes depends on the clothes you can be taken seriously or not even if some people say clothes do not make a person, but in soem cases It does.
Now, back to the issue. A movie star who is a public figure, and in constant of scrutiny, criticism from fans mostly, those fans who go and watch their movies and if a movie pays off the money goes into the celeb pocket. Let say this movie star when is seen attending public events, regarding to his or her job he wears nice clothes and looks good. the havey to look decent , pristine to make a good impression, the exception is that sometimes even on public events I must acknowledge soem celebs dress awful but not all are like that. So this celeb in public dress good but then when is not working or attending public events, and he is is caught on vacations or when he is not working lets say personal time, you can see that celeb with the most horrid clothes ever, he or she looks sloppy like he does not make a little effort to look good even casual and even on time off at least wear presentable clothes and that celeb dress liek that because he or she gives a sH$$·%t what other people think but hey at the end he still was seen on his off time and the photo went viral. and it end up being a public.
