If that’s popular for men to dress like a woman in His time, when will such a time come again?

And serious: I think that some time around the early 90's there has been a kind of change. in the human mindset. Overall, I mean. Add an acceleration since the last -say- 15 years.
Perhaps that was a culmination point from where the ''old'' things began to crumble, and ''new'' things popped up. That's the way it goes; if one likes that, or not.
