Should you put a sports bra in the dryer?

No they say that is one of the worst things that you can do. Heat and being tossed around is a recipe for them to get stretched out. Then they become less supportive and that is the whole point especially sports bras. You want those tight so that there is maximum compression and hold. Otherwise what is the point of them. Air dry on a hanger or put them on a drying rack.
