A skirt like that deliberately puts the legs on display. Thus, the theme of the outfit is "legs".

Whenever "legs" are the theme, you accentuate that theme with the right footwear. In this case, that means a high heel and a thin heel although it can be thicker than a stiletto, just not chunky or blocky. (You do chunks or blocks at prep schools and, there, there would be longer skirts.)

In this case, the __clear__ winner is Option 7, the ankle-strap square-heel thick stiletto. You can't go wrong with those shoes either; they are very versatile.

Option 2 is also acceptable but does not have nearly the oomph of Option 7.

I like 4 because I don't know I just like them. Maybe they look anime a bit. They are cute though and I like cute stuff. I read an interview with Stephen Tyler asking him about wearing women's clothing. He replied if it looks cool I buy it. Not that I would ever wear #4 shoes but cute goes a long way with me.

Girls with thin or fit legs would look nice in option 3.
Girls with thicker legs would look better in option 7 (last ones) because it makes the legs look longer and slimmer.

All the other options are effing ugly.

Girls with legs that are just super fat won’t look good in any of the options. For those maybe option 4 but it won’t look attractive. Just like a fat girl trying to look like a little girl or anime type.

Also option 6 is not actually ugly. That’s for people who want to look taller but still have some comfort of not being too high steep and uncomfortable.
