No its only toxic if it is fake beauty. Like tons of makeup or surgery filled bodies. Because you can't compete with fake beauty, since nobody looks like that. Like take Ariana Grande she looks absolutely stunning but take off the make up she is just pretty, not amazing. Plus look at her before surgery she was just cute not super pretty. Same as Megan Fox, she was a pretty girl but then after surgery she was stunning, no one could compete with that. I admit it is annoying seeing men chasing the most beautiful but when the most beautiful are usually artificial and men give them validation it is almost disgusting lol.

Any women can be toxic to men and women , her looks really have nothing to do with it , it’s her personality and the way she presents herself can be considered toxic , if she comes off as rude and disrespectful and arrogant and stuck up.
