Before proceeding for the details, let me say thet this is my first myTake. Also I'm not a native English speaker. So to practice my English writing skill, I chose to write a take in G@G community. I will really appreciate, if you give some valuable feedback for my writing :)
Recently I noticed few myTake regarding benefits of being a very attractive person. Even though some of the points are shallow and boastful, based on my experience I would say it's true. But it's true from the perspective of receiver, may be not from the giver. For examples one of the point, attractive people always say they get lots of thing free. I kind of feel like irrespective of your attractiveness, you can always get something free. I can share some of my experiences:
Recently I went to a restaurant at midnight and ordered a energy drink. But when I was paying, In front of everyone the shopkeeper gave it free to me. I know because I went to that shop yesterday and bought some food, he gave something free to me before closing the shop.
I was going out of a super mall. A old man of that mall gave me a free banana. My friend said it's because he liked you. I know the choice of the fruit is quite bad, but definitely they had some leftover banana. So they were giving it away to the random customers.
Once in a flight because of seat conflict, flight attendant upgraded me to business class. No it has nothing to do with attractiveness. They know I'm the only passenger who's going to long distance trip.
I once went to a restaurant with some of friends. I also went to that restaurant couple of months back on behalf of my college. But this time manager gave me 25% discount. His explanation, one of his waiter recognized me that I came from X college and because manager respects the student from X college, he gave us this discount.
Everyday I literally get free drinks from guys(!!) in clubs. I think because most of the time I go to clubs alone, looking at a lonely guy, people will naturally show their friendliness. That should be prevalent specially in a place where alcohol is flowing in your blood.
Anyway, I can mention numerous example like getting free drink from bartenders, free food from home delivery service, free hotel extension etc. But all of these has explanations which I think has mostly nothing to do with attractiveness. Bragging and solely judging those people as someone who gives free food because you are attractive, is not only a insult to their original motive (which is politeness and kindness) but also a proof of you being a shallow person.
