The Big Question. What to do when a girl says.....

My head hurts, my stomach hurts, my body hurts, cramps, or I'm tired. (signs she has period pain and such obviously the cramps mean she's on her period)

Whenever a girl says something like this to me. I don't know what to say. I usually say something stupid like thanks for telling me.

I want to help the girl cause I can't feel her pain so I want to know what should I do to make her feel better.

Like you want me to get you some Midol or something?

Just cuddle up with her and ask her what would make her feel better.

Asking what would make her feel better is like the best thing you can possibly do, because she will flat out tell you, if she says "nothing", then just comfort her or ask her if she wants something to make the pain go away.

We love that kind of thing.

You score brownie points when you ask rather than go "oh, well okay". Because most guys I've met don't ask me what would make me feel better, they just go "oh, awww, I'm sorry". Damn it, no I want you to make me feel better by OFFERING SOMETHING.

My friends would to that for me, though if you guys aren't close close, I don't recommend it. Just ask her if she would like anything. Be a friend. ^_^ if you guys are close or have known each other a long time, cuddling is definitely okay.

haha you poor guy, I try not to complain about womanly issues to my guy friends because I feel like id rather not know about their guy things like getting hit in the crotch, weight lifting strains and ect

so if she does say something like just respond pleasantly, she probably doesn't know she's making you feel awkward. maybe something along the lines of, "im sorry if there's anything I can do let me know," or make it a joke like "man, am I glad that I'm not a girl, I hope you feel better though" would let her know that you care

well I guess if you guys are hanging out and she complains just be sympathetic and ask if thers anything you can do to help, other than that there's probably nothing else that would make her feel better

Ask her if she wants a back rub or offer her aspirin. Carry her stuff if she's holding anything. Tell her she's pretty even if she's in pain, that way she will be temporarily distracted from her pain. That's very kind of you for wanting to help, your a nice fellow, don't let anyone tell you differently. Hope that helps! You and them ;)

You could comfort her? Like give her a hug. :P Might be a little weird if she's just your friend though haha. There are a few ways to make cramping go away, some are strictly for the boyfriends though, and other simple ones are ICE CREAM, and simple stretches. Not much you can do. But yea, cramping is hard to get rid of. There's a lot of different homiopathic medicines that can help though.

I went to my boyfriend's house on a day that I started my period. I just layed on the couch and curled in a ball and I thought it was really cute when he came towards me and asked if I was okay. He layed next to me and we cuddled until I fell asleep! You don't have to "do" anything.. Just show signs of care

If I said that, I basically want to go to sleep/get pain killers. lol I don't need any comforting words. I had a migraine when my boyfriend picked me up and all I wanted was to go home and sleep in my bed. I felt bad but I didn't want the pain to worsen. I think it's like how a guy would feel.

The Cramps will go away if you keep the lower part of ur stomach warm [With a blanket or something or you can drink tea]... Takes a few mins but it helps! Headache.. drink water or go to bed and sleep... Or take a pill aspirin, Midol or watever ya'll call it. My cramps are extremely bad at times so bad that it makes me throw up.. And this actually helps me a lot during that time of the month ;) And I don't take any pills. Only if nothing else works which is not often
