My crush and I usually get along but he infuriates me a lot sometimes and we have fights where we won't look each other in the eye or speak more than we have to for school work. This gets everyone in our class involved in the drama, because we are usually so close and laughing at some private joke together, so they can sense when we're mad at each other.

Do you really need to ask? YES, he is obviously super into you. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't put his arm around you or put his face on your face or a couple of other things you mentioned. Guys don't do that stuff with girls they don't like. On contrary, they avoid getting so close to them.
