He let me put my head in his lap, what does this mean?

My friends have no clue why he let me do it because thats out of character for him. But we were sitting really close like we usually do and he brought up something about cuddling. I dont know who it was about though. And i said oh yeah i saw my brother and his friend do something strange. And then i just showed him what they did which was to put my head in his lap. He didn't stop me, he didn't question me, he didn't tell me to move. And when i got back up we just resumed the conversation. I like to think its cause he likes me but I don't know how true that is. But my friends couldnt tell me they just said its strange and not like him
