He wants to see me all the time - is that a red flag?

I've only been dating this guy for two weeks and I feel like he wants to see me a lot. Normally guys I've just started dating, I only see them once a week or so.

The first week we saw each other twice, this week twice so far, with plans to hang out tomorrow. Tonight he called to see if I wanted to hang out tonight (I decided not to).

Is this normal, or does this mean there could be something off about him? I like him but this seems like a red flag to me.

The only problem he has is he is moving way to fast, and your having second thoughts about him, I would say 9 out of 10 guys do this every day. He likes you which is obvious, but at the same time he is pushing you away, you said it yourself by asking is this a red flag? If you like the guy tell him something like we see each other a lot and all, and I think it's great, but I haven't really hung out with my friends that much, and they keep getting mad that I keep blowing them off, and besides I'm sure your buddies are wondering where you all of a sudden disappeared to.

You gotta understand he thinks there is nothing wrong with wanting to hang out with the girl he's dating all the time, but if you just straight up say we shouldn't hang out as much, he will think why not don't you like me and blah blah blah, and there you go, at that point is where a guy loses a girl in the snap of a finger. So like I said if you like him and you want to keep dating him, but don't want to spend as much time with him as he does with you, make up and excuse.

Men that have a large desire to see a woman, should not be considered a red flag.

As we grow older - each individual bickers about how much the other person doesn't apply to a certain relationship. One of the most common things to hear is "Why doesn't my boyfriend love me?" -- This is because the man in that situation usually doesn't have a desire to see his woman any more, the reason varies.

It seems like you may be overanalyzing the situation - what's wrong with him wanting to see you alot? It's much better IMHO to have someone constantly there AND creating a fun night - versus someone that won't show up to any of our plans. In the event that he is not making the nights interesting or otherwise, I could see what you are saying and move on =)

In the given scenario, I recommend you step back and take a breath before you throw away a great opportunity,

If you think it's a red flag it is. You should be concerned with someone who has already invested so much energy into being with you withour getting to know and appreciate you slowly. Relationships that start off this way seem to bode ill winds...by that I mean it is just one sign of an abusive type personality. Send out some tests and watch his reaction...cancel plans at the last minute. His reaction should tell you alot. Also...You must not lose site of what is good for you and even though you may really like him - if he's utlimatley not that good for you then you need stop seeing him. You control the pace of a relationship...and under no circimstances should you sleep with him until you know his character. If he's not willing to wait...you have your answer - he's not for you.

Don't be ridiculous. The asker indicates the intensity of his wanting to see her is making her uncomfortable. I'm merely agreeing that if she has this concern so early in dating - she should be VERY careful and listen to her inner voice. Please tell me HOW a man can "love" a women after only dating her two weeks. He sounds pretty immature and needy to me and doesn't value her so much as having a "relationship". Anyone will do so to speak...

it could be a sign of him becoming possessive but he could really be into you. just set boundaries, don't break plans to be with him and see him at a normal pace. if that is a sign of future bad behavior you will see other signs but don't right him off just yet

This is not a red flag. Go ahead and spend some time with him. Don't leave him out, let him know u. Then take some time off by just keeping in contact. It's ir choice
