My crush is always with her friends so I given up on trying to catch her alone so how can I talk to her when she's with her friends?

Acknowledge her friends! If you're at a bar or something, go over and offer to buy them all a drink! A guy once did this in the past to get my attention and it definitely worked! Then try and start up a conversation with her.

just approach her and ask to speak to her privately. Confidence is always a good sign.
