"Okay sure" meaning?

I texted this guy I recentlly met "Let me know if you want to hang out"

He texted me back "Okay sure"

He didn't say something like "How about next Sunday?" so he is not that intersted hanging out me? :(

He was just acknowledging that he would let you know if he wants to hang out. I wouldn't read too much into it. Pay attention to whether he does try to initiate plans, and if he follows through.

A guy who truly likes you is going to want to spend time with you. I wouldn't worry too much. If it's mid-week next week and he still hasn't made plans, ask him if he wants to do something. Then see if he actually follows through if he says he does want to do something. That will tell you whether he is actually interested in you or not.

Never say "Let me know if you want to hang out." Either say "Want to hang out on?" or let him bring up the conversation of hanging out, but never let it be left to "Let me know..." Bad move. From this response it's likely he's not all that interested in hanging out, but I could be wrong.
