My crush was walking through the hall and saw me coming and took out his phone but then looked at me, hesitated, and then said " hey (my name)". Is that a good sign? He seemed kind of nervous

I know that this wasn't my question, but my situation is kinda similar. My crush used to be kinda flirty, then one day she started ignoring me for no reasons (so I ignored her back). Around 2 weeks later, when we saw each other in the hallway, we didn't say hi. But then, around 20 minutes later, she passed by me in that same hallway (again) and she greeted me and seemed more happy than when she was ignoring me a few weeks ago. I feel like she might have been nervous at first when she saw me, which explains why she didn't say hi earlier. I feel like she might have been hesitating to talk to me at all. She also saluted me first when I left the place, which she didn't do when she was still ignoring me.
