Anyone ever experience "That twinkle in his/her eyes"?

It happened to me today and his eyes were twinkling as he continued eye contact with me.
I actually felt "something". The look felt like forever when it was just a 2 second stare, but has anyone experienced this before and what do you think it meant?

Yea, I've experienced this but the guy was a player. I believe he was sincere when his eyes shimmered for that brief moment (and I felt so special) but he quickly went back to being a manipulative douche whose goal was to get as many girls' attention as possible. I don't think his eye shimmer was a move to get laid but as he gets older, I wouldn't put it past him to use it to steal the hearts of ladies if it meant he was gonna get the attention he so craves. I wish those brief moments meant something. Too bad I've run into enough crappy boys to be as romantic as I was when I was a kid :(

Oh yeah- great eh?- can mean various things I think depending on your relationship. May or may not mean something you might want it to.
For example with my current guy it was simply acknowledgement between us saying "this feels so damn good doesn't it?"
Or "thanks, I really needed this today" . We are free to exchange these looks because we have an understanding that there will be nothing emotional between us.. This eye contact adds to the intensity of the experience.

Yes but it has to be a little loner then 2 seconds. I tend to look away and look back at the guy to see if he looks at me again and if he does i try to smile. I get that eye twinkle a lot when i look at people with blue eyes, even with unattractive people and girls because blue eyes are so mesmerizing.

i have but only with people i was already in an established relationship with. it's just a really nice thing that happens, like they're looking at you with such intense admiration and reverence.

If you mean making eye contact and noticing the girls pupils are bigger than usual, I find that really cute and it happens a lot to me. One time this lifeguard gave me that look with her eyes when I asked her a question, after like 10 seconds she went all red and got her supervisor to talk to me.

I've experienced it with someone I don't know exactly where I stand with. I thought "I don't know what we have, but we have something and it's nice".
