So I found out that my boyfriend of almost a year had his EX girlfriends number saved in his cell under a GUYS name. WTF is that supposed to mean?

Well I called him out on it as soon as I found it. His friend actually gave me her number and told me to look in his phone. Ha! Funny sh*t. :\ He said that he had totally forgot that he had even done that.. Yet he's only had his phone for a few months?!

I put my ex-boyfriends number under a girls name because I didn't want my boyfriend to see his name in my phone. However, I have to admit the reason I did it was because I still talked to him and text him and I didn't want his name popping up. My boyfriend didn't care if he saw "Jessica" pop up. Honestly, I was being secretive and it didn't lead to anything good. I learned this trick from my guy friends and they were never up to anything good with this either. I'd be suspicious; doing such a thing is being sneaky, you have to wonder what for.

what it means is that he wants to have private conversations with her which means he is cheating on you...or...if you confront him about this, it could be a test to see if you really trust him or not...which means you would fail because you was invading his privacy lol

I've done this many times with my exes they like to go through my phone and they would trip out if they see girls numbers because they do have trust issues with me that was the past but anyway so what I would do is put them under some guys name it works for the most part.

They're right - he doesn't want you to know who he's talking to or if he's even talking to her (he could just have it saved). I do the same thing with guys numbers just in case. He may not be doing anything with her at all, but if he was, the point that your snooping is almost as bad as him cheating.
