I don't get it I' m 22, and dumbfounded women are so much more beautiful facially, always have better hygiene, and have so much more better bodies and personalities while I find most guys disgusting, nastier, have horrible hygiene and are generally nuisance visually, even really goodlooking guys don't do much if anything at all or me.

For example this is trash to me he's a solid 3/10 or maybe 5, disgusting body, manly face, just utter trash.

I'm not sure if my answer will suffice, but a lot of it is looking for something that is the opposite of one's self, I'm a bisexual. Right now I'm in a polygamist relationship with a woman and a man. They both have things I don't have , things I can't see me having but still want to be able to do. Also it's a lot about personality and how one is portraying oneself, we women are complicated and we know that, so we clash a lot, we burn energy, but also knowing and have said that so do some guys. I gladly disagree with you. Women don't only repulse me, they disgust me.
Women can be hairy, smelly and unattractive as well. Most women would be a lost cause without make up. I find the male face far more aesthetic than female face. The strong features, man! They don't need make up to enhance their (angular) features. They have it by nature.
What's even more impressive is the trained male body. It looks entirely sculptured. So many details and it looks so strong. A woman's body is basically so basic next to that.
