Do girls find 6 packs and muscles attractive?

I know girls really don't mind if a guy works out and has a 6 pack or muscles. I know girls say that they don't really care if a guy works out or has a 6 pack or muscles.
However as a guy I don't care if the girl has big boobs or big ass (it's not important), but if the girl has it i guess it's a good bonus.
Is this the same for girls with guys and having a fit body. Does it not matter to a girl if a guy works out but do girls secretly want it?

I really don’t care it’s not a bonus for me. If it’s too much muscle it’s a turn off I don’t like that look it’s artificial and screams I want girls’ attention and I didn’t know how to get it otherwise. Nobody looks naturally like that.

It's a nice factor. But honestly I get a little body shy and nervous about being with a guy who's already got it all to together (at least in that department) But I'm all about the inside and maybe we can work on the outside together.
