All the time. I use it as practice and it is useful in my job to be able to walk a very fine line of bs-ing and flirting. Sometimes it is useful to casually dangle a double meaning out there that could be seen as a flirt if she is in charge of money. BUT I like to flirt with all women that are talkative. I find it fun. I enjoy the interaction.

The other person would appreciate upfront honesty as it's becoming rare. Oh, and it can lead you both to ask questions you'd otherwise feel uncomfortable posing.
