So there's this guy in my class, he always sits next tome and kinda annoys me in a way.
He'll either poke my thighs, poke my waist when he sits next to me. When he sees me around school, he'll call out my name randomly and say hi, or hows ur day been and stuff like that. He does this to other girls but I've never seen him poke their thighs, and say hi when ever he sees them. He might do this because im shy and awkward, so he might be doing it to make me feel awkward.
Another time in class, while reading a book, he randomly whispered my name, i looked at him, and he says "(my name) i gotta go for a piss" and jus leaves it at that, and ill just say ok. One of my friends think its cos he likes me, cos apparently boys tease and annoy girls they like, but im not too sure if he does like me

If you don't like him poking your thighs or waist, you should say something to him letting him know along with maybe your teacher.

Just because you're shy gives him no reason to touch you if you don't like it.

I say this because you say he annoys you in a way.

If the touching is welcome, then by all means, reciprocate with some of your own to him.
