At my previous job I mainly only worked with guys and we would have so much banter. The thing is I would banter with all the guys and to me that was just having fun. But a few of them started to think that was flirting and started to like me and it just made things a whole lot complicated.
I wouldn't think of it as flirting for sure but it certainly can be. Flirting is really quite a broad term and usually any sort of interaction with someone else could be perceived as flirting.
Short answer yes. Long answer I could see it being both ways depending on how you do it. The male ego can be a fragile thing but if they are reciprocating, that's a good sign.
