If a guy is constantly staring at you from across the room, Teasing you, being Excessively polite— and you think he probably thinks your attractive because of these things, how do you flirt back? I’m seventeen and so freaking shy and awkward (which gets misinterpreted for being arrogant and abrasive apparently). what are things guys would take as good signs or whatever? Honestly, I’m a senior and don’t want to walk out of high school not even having gone on a date or kissed anyone... ~apparently~ I’m relatively attractive (I don’t see it lol) but yeah, i get so nervous talking to guys. id be down to do whatever if it meant I could just get the first time out of the way and have fun:/

1) don't force it. Know what you want and pursue it.

2) guys feel awkward as well. So learn to hide yours. Appear confident and fake it if you need to.

3) don't under-dress unless you plan a sex date. Psychologically, dress up fully but sexually catches more attention from guys because it made them wonder how you look like naked.

4) learn to play hard to get. Up to a certain level will create the "I must get her" kind of desire in him. (But note not to overdo otherwise he may think that you're not interested.)

5) do return treats. Bring him to a nice restaurant and pays for it, if he paid for your last. Show him you're interested.

6) in principle, you don't need to be slutty to flirt. In fact, guys get more turned on by a confident girl who knows what she wants that a bimbo who is a no brainer.

So learn to be creative and pick up a few adult lines to spice things up. It's part of flirting to have well thought out adult lines.

Finally, enjoy the attention. Girls who know what she wants get lots of guys.

Relatively attractive girl can get practically any guy. Dont act like you have to be smart and witty. Just be open, available, interested

Just tell home you like him to his face. Guys aren’t exactly subtle. I can guarantee you that, at 17, he’s as nervous about it as you are :D
