Why would a guy still talk to you after you rejected him two times?

And you didn't see each other for two years, but he keeps roasting your phone with messages and flirting with you then he asked me two times to be with him and I kept rejecting him saying that I don't want a relationship with anyone and that's he's just wasting time and I just wanna be friends but he he still is talking to me and flirting? And the fact is tat we only talk throught messages (even if he asked me out several time ) is disturbing me, how can you like someone throught messages? Is he lying?

Some guys like "the thrill of the chase". It's explained very well in Josette Sona's books. They're free to download from some online bookstores and I strongly encourage you (and all women) to check 'em out. Some people want what they can't have (though I don't necessarily recommend giving everyone what they want).
