I walk into work and I feel his eyes on me so when I look up and we immediately make eye contact as I keep walking. Even when I look away and still feel his eyes on me i'd look at him again and we'd make eye contact again. (This is during corona time so we have our masks and I can only see his eyes).
However, sometimes when we are close in proximity, I won't feel his eyes on me and i'd look at him and he wouldn't look at me. So why does he SOMETIMES avoid eye contact up close?
What does this mean? Does he find me annoying or attractive? (We have only spoken once before he knew I was my brother's sister. but my brother is like 10 years older then both of us despite the fact that they talk here and there)
