I wouldn't say specifically. A woman is attractive, whether she is single, has a boyfriend, just broke up with a boyfriend, or is having trouble with her boyfriend.

As a person attracted to a woman, whatever situation she is in, it's up to her to let me know where her boundaries are (and if she's interested in me), and it's up to me to let her know where my boundaries are (and also if I am interested in her).

I don't go looking specifically for "the wounded", and if a woman I'm attracted to happens to be in some strife or whatever, I take my time feeling out what's going on with her and what's appropriate. Albeit, that's biased, especially if I'm attracted to her. I will say that if I'm attracted to a woman and she seems sad, it's my nature to want to help her cheer up and get back on her feet.

I instead like to tell people to not bother me with their dumb relationship issues, and maybe come back to me once they are single and sexually frustrated.

I want to feel special, I want a woman to be crazy for me, I don't want to be convincing someone that I'm the better deal.
I mean, if she knows I'm attracted to her and she dumps her partner for me out of her own volition, then sure.
But trying to convince them about my superiority? Nahh. I'm, way too vain to do that.

Yep. Honestly it helps to kind of know your audience too. I'm most likely not doing this with a guy or girl that I can tell is going to take it seriously or seems like it will be an emotional blow to see it isn't real. The point isn't to tease or hurt anyone.
