No not really. Being from and living in Southern California I can tell you that the swag you speak of will get a guy some major ragging on by his friends. At least that's how it was when I was a teenager. Someone got too cute or full of themselves and they would be humbled quickly.

Yes, I have certainly fallen... flat on my face! Lived in SoCal and absolutely loved the women. Some theorized that with all the Hollywood actress wannabees, there is an over abundance of incredible #10 scale women everywhere. The theory goes on to say that most don't become full-time actresses, so they stay in Cali and breed more #10 children.

I feel nothing but pity. I spent a while in California pre-pandemic and the leftist places, especially SF and Berkely are filled with the most unfriendly busy-bodies. Same for Sacramento and most of that area. They all seem miserable and hold each other in contempt.

@Curmudgeon I am afraid you are right. With home prices as high as they are I have seriously considered cashing out and moving someplace else. If it wasn't for the fact that I have been spoiled by great weather my whole life I would have moved already.
