This really isn't something to be worried about. I'm sure there are actually more than 3 girls that like you considering there are probably more girls that go to school with you that also find you attractive. You should consider yourself lucky to have at least 3 girls interested in you. However, this won't even matter to you years later after you graduate high school and most of these girls will have no impact on your life whatsoever and your friend also won't date a majority of the girls that have a crush on him so this has very little significance to anything... don't let this get you down or upset you.
