Turn my back on them and not give them the time of day. Avoid them at all costs if I could but I don’t want to be rude either. I pretend I don’t hear them or didn’t see them. I make short chat and make excuses I gtg. When they compliment me, I just say thank you and ask them how they are but that’s about it. I won’t want to hurt their feelings either if they’re already there

@IJhonnyI I talk to a lot of people many times a day coz that’s part of my job. 🤣 but I talk with my male co workers of all ages. I don’t discriminate. But I try to turn down flirting to a minimum when I don’t feel the same. I don’t want to make it awkward 😝

if that doesn't work i TELL them.
if they don't take no for an answer, it's usually bc there's someone else there to back them up that will give me trouble.
