Is this colleague obviously flirting?

It feels like this colleague is flirting with me. First it was only teasing, but since a few weeks some accidental touches are involved. When grabbing something our hands touch and we both don’t move.

When we’re at the coffee corner he stands really close, our arms touch.

Last week we had a teambuilding activity, he obviously teased me I lost hahah. Some playfull touches were involved.

Today he was at work. When I was on my phone he went like: you’re probably talking with your tindermatches. I was like I don’t have Tinder. He said: I saw your yesterday on Tinder and gave you a super like.

Do you think he mentioned it because he kinda has a crush?

It would seem that way, though there are more things to consider. What is their baseline? Are they always bantering/flirting with other people they get on well with? Are they comfortable with touching people? little things like placing a hand on someone as they move behind them. If I touched someone as I squeezed past, I'm very comfortable with them, because normally I would never. If touched hands I would recoil immediately for almost everyone, even friends. Etc.

Definitely a (good in my opinion) chance! Is he close with any other of your female colleagues? There is the possibility that he is just more comfortable with you and that's how he gets around people he is comfortable with.

If things have been the same way for a while and you don't know where you stand, I would recommend asking, if you can. If things are progressing, let them continue to progress until you're more sure. Just, if you aren't interested in him, please don't let him get his hopes up for too long.
