So I stumbled upon this guy on TikTok that I really like. We are the same age, live in the same area and like the same things. I followed him and made a casual comment on one of his videos and he liked it and followed me back. Now and then I’ll make a comment or like a video but not too often. I’d really like to dm and talk to him more but I’m a little scared of making the first move.

Start simple. Don't get all flirty or shy. Be straight forward. Make note you've seen their videos and you would like to maybe do a collab and see if y'all could be friends. Engage in conversations, small talk, learn about them. Let them learn about you. But you gotta take the step.
