So I was thinking about how the idea of “I’m Not Like Most Girls”, and how it is widespread. And wrongly used.

IM HONESTLY STARTING TO THINK THAT MOST GIRLS ARE LIKE MOST GIRLS.

Also, I heard that MEN tend to use the “Youre the one in a millon”, “You’re not like most girls”, talk , as a form of manipulation and control. So that he may be in her mind for good.

I think a lot of women in their 20s and 30s are starting to realize that men in that same age range are walking away. They’re sick of the bullshit they’re sick of the whining the drama the expectation to get everything for nothing etc. That being the case, to differentiate themselves from their sisters they have to claim that they are not like most girls that are drinking the feminist Kool-Aid and acting like that and treating men like that if they want a chance at marriage and a family and a house in the suburbs. Most men can see right through that, even if not right away, or like another poster mentioned are willing to play along temporary Lee to get what they want out of it but when the true colors manifest keep it moving. The trick is to actually be different, then not only will you not have to say it and lie, but there is a greater be likelihood of long term involvement.

Girls are really quite similar. They hate that it's true. Hivemind can be seen everywhere. From the jobs they choose to hobbies/men/cars/clothing (especially HS and Uni) opinions/political alignment/spirituality/eating habits/ voting.

In my experience, a girl that insists that she is not like other girls tend to be super generic or running after approval, which is generally not interesting or even straight up a red flag. The girls who tend to actually be not like other girls do not mention or even care about that because they just are who they are and just own it.
