Ladies how would you feel if an attractive guy you just met for the first time in a professional setting was holding a small group convo & he touched your face while telling you something? Would you feel disrespected or think he was making a move?

I would think that guy has lost his mind especially in a professional setting. HR terminates people for this kind of inappropriate judgment and behavior. Context on this? Was this in front of all your Work peers too?

2 others coworkers.. we we’re talking in a group.. turned to me to explain something and touched my face to prove the point he was trying to make I guess. I don't know maybe he was trying to see where I stood bc I was pretty lost in talking to him, but I’d agree with what you’re saying

Make a Note. See if it a "You Specific" touch/interaction. Either way he does not have good judgment and he is not in a threatened situation in your dynamic. I would examine the front and the backsides of each question or task he remarks upon...

As a guy, I think honestly I’d absolutely avoid such behaviour in general, especially on a formal work environment. I think it’s a lack of respect of formal distance, of personal space and dignity, all elements that are a MUST in a workplace.
