Why would a girl be biting her lips while I take my jacket off?

Is it to enticing to contain it themselves?

Was that a turn on?

Context:

I'm at a museum, where in that area the weather is cold (55 degrees) so I brought a jacket. When I get inside the museum, I see a girl close to the entrance in a chair. As I started to take my jacket off (since it was pretty warm inside the museum), she is looking at me and biting her lips and didn't blinked for a second.

She was pretending not to see me but she actually was because I was the only person in her line of sight.

Why would a girl be biting her lips while I take my jacket off?
