Okay I'm single so I'll shoot-

He would have to have something about him that piques my interest: not just physically either. Do we have common interests (ie: anime, gaming, fitness), can he hold a conversation... and not just random chitchat? By that I mean, we talk and have a conversation and it flows so well it feels like we've known each other for a while. Or we can talk for hours about any and everything.

Does he want a relationship? That seems like a given, but there's a difference between getting my number because he likes me, versus getting my number just for a random hookup/one night stand, and wasting my time.

And most importantly, does he seem genuinely interested in me. I mean I ask anyone for their number, but does that mean they like me? No! He might just want to chat, hang out, be friends, exercise together... yeah I'm serious, lol. So it would nice if he made his intentions clear from the getgo.

Most importantly, we have to click. Too old to waste my time on: "Well he's not my type, but maybe I can see where it goes..." Nah, either you're my type or you're not. That's not being mean or picky, that's called not playing games or stringing the other person along.

Be kind, compassionate, funny, down to earth. Just be a good person who has easygoing ways of thinking or someone is easy to be around. Other than that, being relatively attractive does help but, honestly, I have my heart set on a guy I met at work who's a little less conventional, appearance wise than what most women find attractive, but I don't care because I like him, and he displays some of the qualities mentioned above.
