Yes it’s rude and disrespectful if they are talking shit on you but always remember if someone has the time and energy to talk about you behind your back it’s mainly because they are jealous and insecure over you , when I notice someone gossiping about me behind me back I just smile and think they either are jealous of me or they want to be me , or they want to rip my clothes off, if it’s girls of course , but it could be guys as well lol but just smile , it’s gets them every time , if someone doesn’t have the balls to approach me and say what they need to say, they mean nothing to me , listen to John Mayer Say what you need to say, so agin Just smile cuz they mean nothing. Not everyone on this planet is going to like us not everyone on this planet is going to hate us so only surround yourself with people they do like you and the ones that don’t , don’t even waste your energy caring because they are nobody , All we can do is treat people the same way we want to be treated , if they can’t treat you back the same that’s not your problem that’s theirs bottom line

Yes i have been fortunate enough to know that feeling as well. Most of the time they want something. The same with the nonverbals that the girls make to one another and then you. Both are invites to come talk and visit. Usually, there's a drink involved...

I overheard two female coworkers talking about me. One said she knew I was "crazy" about her. I privately reported her but my management did nothing.

Later, after continued advances to my office, invitations to hang out, giving me her number, etc i told her im married and to leave me alone. She reported me to HR and I received a formal disciplinary action and investigation for "assuming romantic interest".

It kind of backfired because everyone got really pissed at her and she quit.
