Does it usually take liquid courage for a girl to approach a guy?

I usually always get approached at the bar if I go (which isn't often) and if I do get approached it's usually if I'm by myself which probably means they saw me hanging out with someone and catch me on my way to the bathroom. Usually the girl that approaches me has had a few drinks by then. I don't know opinions? Lol
