If a girl uses a π when messaging a guy about a topic such as meeting up or texting that in response to having met up early or in the context of some sort of back and forth banter is it a universal sign that she is expressing romantic attraction to a guy.
That is, outside of using it when receiving a compliment or something, is there any reason why a girl would use this emojie when talking to someone she sees as a completely platonic friend or is it basically reserved for romantic interest?
What Girls Said
That is not a specific sign, as you've been told already, some girls use it just to be nice, even among girls.
You need much more specific signals, such as she initiates conversations by herself or asks questions to let them continue through her input, about things that are not just "necessary" (like communicating a schedule etc) but to get to know you better. Which is still not a granted way to tell but that is definitely a much better sign than just an emote.
The only facts that really confirm it without a doubt are flirting, talking in an affectionate way, wanting you there, asking you out, etc.
Also don't forget the only options are not interested/uninterested, she might be just checking you out and keeping it a "maybe", so maybe it is actually too early to take conclusions, regardless. But that could be still a chance to build her interest instead of turning her off, so just don't be pushy and don't make your interest obvious, let her have her space to figure out.
What? No. It's a normal ass smiley.
Nope.
Care to give more detail? Why would you send blush face in a text message to a guy you are not interested in that way?
To be nice.
You do realize this is the same emojie most girls use when talking to their romantic interest or crush. Hopefully you are not also texting heyyy to your platonic guy friends
You do realize this is the same emoji that women use for every occasion. You aren't special just because someone uses it for you.
