To be honest, not a lot of guys know about flirting without speaking (Body Language). So, with that said. A guy might find you attractive, but isn't reading a signal that you want to be approached. If you want a guy to approach, try to lock eyes for a second then smile and look away. He should realize your into him, but might wait for a second glance before approaching. If you lock eyes and he sees you more than once, and still does nothing. He's either uninterested, shy, or very oblivious.

yes all the time. Mostly online , because I never meet anyone online. By approach I assume you mean ask out? In person flirting I wanted a date but not always asked for one. Today I would ask women out rather be alone, then put up with manipulation or rejection. I have yet to meet a woman good in bed so why bother.
