Who is he? What is your history? What context are these greetings happening? What is 'greeting suddenly'?
He is a doctor and neighbor. My history with him is an awkward moment when I blushed and he laughed it off saying I liked him. He never acknowledged me or my family until a year ago when he started greeting us, mostly my mother with 'Good afternoon' and last time he said 'Hello'. Now what is weird is he is married and has a baby. I'm not planning on having anything with him, not even talking but I am curious why he is doing that.
