For context, I'm a terrible flirt only because I'm both - shy and a little afraid of what I may or may not be doing. But, I want to be able to be more bold and confident... the guy I like does tease me but I want to reciprocate it more boldly as a flirt instead of shying or blushing away... How can I change that? Or what is it that I can do to make him fall for me while I can boldly flirt.

Girl I totally feel you, I used to be the same way! But here's how you can boost your boldness and confidence when flirting:

- Practice in the mirror! Think of flirty comebacks and say them out loud. Get comfortable speaking confidently.

- Smize - smile with your eyes, not just lips. They say the eyes are the "windows to the soul". Send him a sexyeyed smolder!

- Compliment him genuinely. Boys love hearing how good they look or how funny/smart they are just as much as we do.

- Tease him back! If he gives you a hard time, poke right back with a sassy attitude. Show him you're no pushover.

- Make subtle flirty touches like brushing his arm when you laugh at his jokes. Get comfortable with innocent touching.

- Flirt over text too - send funny gifs, winky faces, lighthearted jokes. Ease into more boldness through chatting.

Keep facing your fears. Keep doing it but don’t talk too much. Over time you’d get better. I was once like you but so much better now. Secondly do whatever boosts your confidence which in my case was improving my looks by working out and upgrading my life by working hard to secure a good job and that affect my overall confidence in everything
