I go to cafes to get coffee a lot. Sometimes, the male baristas would be handsome young guys with super sunny, dreamy eyes when I make eye contact with them. The type of look almost as if they want to hit on me. I don't dare make eye contact too long because I don't want them to think I'm interested either. It's just weird because guys usually don't hit on me. Not every male barista is this way but usually only the cute young guys. They would be really friendly too which adds to the attraction. One even added another "hi celine" at the end of my order. Can't tell If they are attracted to me or if they just do that to every female customer

If you aren't interested in them why would are you concerned if they hit on you or not? The other side of this is that they are likely not supposed to hit on patrons. It could be against the rules.
