Yes they do. I have had a mad crush on a man for over two years and I don't see it letting up anytime soon. The problem is, is that its killing me. I think we sort of had an "emotional affair", but not to the extent of doing anything more than talking. I actually fell in love with him. I still do love him, but I respect my marriage and his and would NEVER cross the line with him. My secret got too big for me to keep and my body started falling apart literally. Culminating in almost of year of cronic pain and depression and actually a surgery two weeks ago, when I was no longer in a position to be able to see him on a regular basis without his wife around. (his wife is clueless) I finally told my husband because I was racked with guilt, and could carry my broken heart around by myself any longer. I have no children and have been married for 11 years (happily strangely enough), but sometimes you cannot control chemistry. My husband has been great about it, we talk about it often and he knows that it could be some time before my heart straightens out. But as far as my crush goes, I won't ever take it there because I don't want to destroy his relationship or family.

So my answer is... is that its possible and REALLY REALLY FUN AT FIRST, but then it could really break your heart if you know you will never be with them, and sadly enough its really taken its toll on him too. IT IS LIKE PLAYING WITH FIRE! DANGEROUS GROUNDS! Because once your heart gets involved it takes forever for the feelings to go away-if they ever do...

Yes they do. When I was married I did. What makes you think that we don't find a lady friend/coworker attractive anymore. Someone that we get along with & have platonic fun with.

Most of us just do not go to far with these crushes.

One of my best friends that is a girl is married. I respect that so I/we only go so far.

I didn't mean that you wouldn't find a lady attractive, I meant a crush. I just have been made to feel like it is not right if your married. Some people have made me feel like that. And I still feel like that, it is ingrained in me. I mean we are only human, and to deny something like that is........we wouldn't be human. I am trying, All I am saying is married but not dead. Lol

Yes I also meant a real honest to god crush. It's not right only if you act on it. That's not to say that we may spend more time talking than a friend or have lunch together more than you would with another coworker or tell some intimate secrets that you would not share with just a friend.

Sure I even thought what if but as you put it I'm/she is married not dead.

If you have a crush on another person when you are married you are having a "mind affair" which is just as bad. Sure you can find someone attractive, but not a crush. That is just my opinion.
