We were going downstairs and when we got out of the building he came closer and touched my back. We crossed the street when he was holding my back then he gently pulled the fasteners of my bra.

Does it mean anything special? Was he trying to give me a message?

I can't imagine a guy not interested in you a little pulling a move like that, so at the very least he's attracted to you. I don't know if it's a romantic move... it might be if he doesn't do it to other women, but he might just be a flirt.
