Mindless flirting or other intentions?

okay, so there's this guy I met just a couple weeks ago at school. he's a really nice guy, and kinda touchy/flirty with his female friends. when we started talking he was telling me how much he loves my hugs. we lay in his bed and watch movies together and he likes to tickle me..mainly on my back and around my waist. I think it's fun but I'm not sure if it's anything more than mindless flirting..his guy friends make comments like "you're not dating yet and you're already whipped!" and just make hints towards us liking each other or something. he has a girlfriend but he seems extremely unhappy in the relationship..and I have a boyfriend so this would never go anywhere but why do I find myself feeling wrong about it? so, guys, do you think he's interested in being more than friends or am I just over-analyzing an innocent friendship?

didn't mean to make it seem like we're alone. at least one of his friends is always around too. we don't hang out just the two of us.

If it were truly innocent, you wouldn't feel the need to ask this question. The fact of that matter is, your mind is starting to feel guilty, but you're trying to ignore your gut reaction. This "relationship" is bad news. If he is unhappy with his girlfriend, she should be dumped by him, not lay in bed with another female.

Can you imagine your boyfriend tickling a beautiful girl in a bed when you're not around? Harmless fun? Girl, who do you think you're kidding!? If you love your current boyfriend, you'll cut this off ASAP. If you don't love your current boyfriend, break up with him if you want to move forward, but this is how cheating starts if you don't get a handle on this right away.

Would you be down for your boyfriend tickling other girls? Seriously, you need to end this relationship with this male friend. See him in public with mutual friends only. You two shouldn't be hanging out alone, as it is obviously temptation waiting to happen.
