Does she dig me and if so, how should I approach?

Okay, here's the situation. For the past month and a half I keep running into some pretty hot girl. We always walk towards each other and notice one another. She always looks at me without breaking an eye contact until we pass each other. And the eye contact is so obvious, like she's pointing me towards herself to make a contact. She has that mysterious and serious look in her eyes and she's obviously not shy. Now, my first impression is that she digs me. Am I wrong?

If I'm right, how should I approach her walking down on the street? I can't just go like "Hi. Can I take you out?" and expect a less awkward situation than the one in my mind when I imagine it. What would you suggest? I've thought many pickup lines but I don't wanna sound too cheesy. It's not a club, it's a street. Thanks in advance.

By eyecontact we can't know. You could think someone is winking when there's just something in their eye, sometimes you think you see what you wanna see.

The best way to know is to approach her. No need for a pick up line, I don't know why some guys feel they must use one. Just a simple "hey, how are you? I thought I'd approach you because I think you look beautiful" is fine, just the "hey how are you" is perfectly fine!

Well, I wasn't really sure until the 5th time. That's why I asked the question here. It doesn't necessarily need to be a pickup line, I just wanna make contact. And I can't exactly say "Hey, how are you?" since I don't know her. Although, I could approach with a compliment and then start a conversation...

Why can't you use "hey, how are you?" It doesn't matter if you know her or not, pick up lines aren't preferred by every girl.

The first thing that pops in my mind is the answer "Umm, fine. O.o" from her. Not to mention the thought "wtf", UNLESS she digs me. But yeah, that's the whole point to find out. :D

Well, if someone uses some random non original pick up line on me, I'm usually: ehm, wtf...

So different girls, different reactions, different things/lines they prefer.

That's the thing. Most girls (normal ones, that is, not stuck up ones) don't mind what you say, it's just the fact that you have the guts to come over and talk to us. So just smile and say something :)
