If I was the one being flirted with, I may slip in a comment like "Yeah, I'm on a special date tonight" with a big smile...or is that corny as hell? lol! if the waiter was flirting with him, I honestly don't know what I would do!

Well I had a girlfriend who was a little bi that would get a kick out of it sometimes and we would flirt together lol. She would hint me if she felt like doing this by rubbing her foot on my leg, and if she didn't I would grab her hand as to show I'm with her and politely go on talking to waiter but not flirting back, that normally stopped the flirting. On the other hand I hate when I'm out at dinner and the waiter starts flirting with my girl. I'll try to be calm and politely clear my throat when it first happens letting them know I don't like it. If it continues I'll try politely saying I'm on a date or something like that. And once it got a little bad the waiter started trying to be a little less discreet and I tried to hold back. But then after excusing myself to the bathroom and coming back my girlfriend told me he tried to give her his number while I was gone. So I gave her a kiss on the hand forbeing honest and excused myself again to go to the other side of the resteraunt where he was and poured a water on his head and pulled his arm behind his back and told him not to hit on my girl. The manager did end up coming out and when I explained myself the meal was on the house and the waiter was fired... Sorry for the rant, I kinda just got a flash back and kept going lol.

I would embarrass him outright by telling him "dogs" shouldn't wait on people & make sure the whole restaurant hears since I can't kick his ass in a public place.

Then I would crazy glue his tip to the table then write on the table with perm. marker "Never hit on someone elses girl" so the manager & rest of the staff sees just how much of a POS he really is.
