Falsely accused my girlfriend of cheating, advice please?

I have always fully trusted my girlfriend but I don't know what got over me. The text she sent me was so suspicious it made me think negative things. She sent me a text saying, "talk to you tonight at church and at 10:15 pm muax love ya." that was suspicious because I had no plans of seeing her at church or calling her at that time. She also never tells me love ya except for when we first started talking she always says I love u." Well I asked " Huh? Who was that text for?" She replied, "Sorry baby I was joking with to see what you said lol." Den I asked her can I come to church to see her and she said that the service is at the pastor's house and only a few people can go." I didn't buy all that and I accused her of talking to another guy behind my back. She den explained the text saying that it was a joke for me because she knew I couldn't go to her church because I had to go to mines and that at 10:15 we can't talk because I go to sleep early for work. She then said that she feels very sad because I didn't believe her and that she is not cheating on me and never will that she can't believe that I accused her of doing something like that." I told her that I am very sorry for being paranoid and that I promise to never doubt her again and to please forgive me. She replied with "I will forgive you." That made me feel a little better but I still feel terrible and feel that I have screwed up this almost perfect 11 month relationship. What should I do? I bought her a promise ring with plans to take her out on a romantic date, say some words and give it to her. I was planning on doing it on Valentine's day which is just two days away. Should I still go through with it. Please help me.

Your over reacting, it's not that serious, I probably would have done the same joke, but just apologize and do the lovey-dovey thing for v-day.
